This in-depth option includes more personalization and on-going accountability to help you reach your nutrition goals. Whether it is to gain muscle or lose fat we will work together weekly on a month-to-month basis to customize your nutrition program to you. This is not a one size fits all program, we will meet weekly for 30-minutes via ZOOM. This option can be customized to fit your style, whether that is through macros or intuitive eating. We will work together to create weekly meal plans, grocery lists, and assessing your individualize macros.
