Not only will we meet weekly to create a personalized nutrition plan, I will also offer you weekly workouts personalized to your individual goals. This plan includes a weekly check-in with the option to add-on weekly in-person or virtual personal training. Weekly we will meet virtually for 30-minutes and following that meeting you will get a personalized fitness plan for the week along with an updated week-to-week nutrition plan.
