This recipe is super easy and very low ingredient – good for your budget!
I was inspired by one of my close friends and college roommates who used to make similar ones during college!
Ingredients:
- Pretzel Rods
- Milk or Dark Chocolate
- I used Dolci Frutta Chocolate (usually by the strawberries at the grocery store)
- Or try: Wilton Melting Chocolate, Fondue Chocolates or Baking Chocolate Chips
- White Chocolate
- I used Ghirardelli White Chocolate Chips (But same as the milk chocolate in terms of options)
- Sprinkles
- Parchment paper
Directions:
- Melt 1 cup of Milk Chocolate in a small bowl
- Microwave for 30 seconds then stir (repeat until melted).
- Pour melted chocolate onto a flat plate
- Spread out a large piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet
- Roll Pretzel rod in the chocolate covering 1/2 – 3/4 in chocolate – then place on the parchment paper to dry.
- Melt 1/4 cup of White Chocolate in a small bowl
- Microwave for 30 seconds then stir (repeat until melted).
- Drizzle white chocolate across the pretzel rods
- Just use the same spoon you stirred the chocolate with!
- Add sprinkles
- Put the baking sheet with pretzel rods in the fridge until chocolate sets
- Enjoy!
